DUBLIN, OH - Come share in the spirit of the unforgettable annual Dublin (OH) Irish Festival—named “….one of the biggest and best festivals in the country” by Chicago’s Irish American News.

Set on 20 rolling acres, the event features more than 60 musical acts from the U.S. and Ireland performing music on six stages (from Celtic rock to traditional ballads). Three cultural stages include storytelling, folklore, music and hands-on workshops. Discover Ireland’s traditional instruments while learning to play the fiddle or tin whistle. Be transported back into Irish history when you visit a 10 th Century Irish village—a time when Irish hero Brian Boru chased the Danes out of the Emerald Isle. Watch Irish dancers compete in the Columbus Feis—a competition that attracts 1,300 of the nation’s best Ceili dancers. Meet Irish Wolfhounds or research your genealogy. Shop the Emerald Isle or the Irish Marketplace for imported and handmade goods. Attend a Gaelic mass, learn to make a proper scone or sample an endless variety of Irish food and drink.

Families enjoy seeing Irish artisans, musicians, and crafts people bring creativity and culture to life. Irish music fans can enjoy performances by internationally acclaimed bands such as Seven Nations and The Prodigals, as well as entertainment by many regional and local musicians.

Located in central Ohio just north of Columbus, Dublin offers visitors a choice of 14 hotels and nearly 2,000 hotel rooms, in a safe, suburban setting that is easily accessible from the Columbus outer belt.

Traditionally held during the first full weekend in August, Festival hours are: Friday 4 p.m. - midnight; Saturday 11 a.m.- midnight; Sunday 11 a.m. - 9 p.m. Parking is free with shuttle service to and from the Festival from select lots and hotels.
